President CEO

Provides technical support and capacity strengthening on climate change and integrated disaster risk management to National societies and civil society groups. Certified goodwill ambassador and UN Volunteer.

Tackling poverty striken consequences broaden my intuition to specialize in evidence-based advocacy policy, research and engagement on pressing issues related to disaster risk reduction, agriculture, livelihoods empowerment, inequalities, climate resilient and sustainable development.

My Research, consulting and advocacy activities critically address the governance and planning processes related to resilience with a major emphasis on decentralization and people centred approaches. Begun my career by publishing journal articles, designing training manuals and policy documents. I am the founder of Resilience Consult, Resilient Growth Solutions and Disaster Resilience Network Ghana. Holds a BSc in Public Administration from Central University College. Enjoy playing piano, traveling, singing, reading, high admiration of nature and a hiker.

Overseeing planning, execution of all fulfillment functions, as well responsibility to facilitate good governance and oversight of heirachy activated. Diligent and proficient in her field. A passionate entrepreneur, with established business portfolios to her credit Including, Treton GH And Gihon Company Ltd.

A Life coach and public speaker with over Six Thousands followers on social media. Host of Lamisi Adene TV Show and the SCOPE every Friday at Precious TV.
A changemaker, Gender Activists, an enthusiast of a better tommorow were women are given equal opportunity to do more. Her signature sentence; "Let us be the change we expect".

Irvain Anyekase

Financial Director

A Financial specialist, oversees the accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, programs budgeting, remunerations, donor partner relations, internal audit and tax functions at DRNGhana.

Over 15 years of experience building and leading finance teams in global companies with significant operating scale and complexity. Prior to joining DRNGhana, Irvain was CFO at General Motors, were he began his career with and spent 7 years in finance and operating system. Dedicated to the services of humanity and environment sustainability. Deeply involved in human capacity building campaign advocacy for financial literacy of our communities. A humanitarian who loves to give back to society, invest his free-times in singing, reading and driving.

Julius Cizzah Ocloo

Vice President Administration

Committed to disadvantaged Ghanaians in vulnerable communities by providing major functions in various highly stricken poverty-exposed communities in local government 276 MMDAs.

Meeting the needs of disaster victims, given them a helping hand and putting smiles on their faces inspiring hope in them is a priority to him. Born in Ekumfi a suburb in the Central Region of Ghana, I hold a Bachelor of Science Bsc. Degree in Human Resource Management from Cape Coast University. After school and national service in the public sector, I have built a rich experience in the public sector and love reaching out to the needy.

Nicholas Maulepe

Head of Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change

A dedicated Forester and Environmental specialist with experience spanning more than six years in forestry Management, Agro-forestry, Disaster Risk Reduction, Climate Change management, food crops and livestock management. Proven ability to grow plantations, worked on green houses and Industrial farms.

Bachelor's degree in Forest Resource Technology, work focuses interplays with climate change, sustainable development and urbanity with applications to the fields of climate change impacts, environmental equity, individual behavior,modes of learning, communication, planning policy and practice in international and inter-cultural comparisons. He have a deep knowledge in computer application that increases productivity and great planning skills with extraordinary goal getting ability, excellent communicator, a renowned Mathematics and Science tutor.

Theodora Idun

Human resource management Professional with over 10 years experience in human resource management from multi faceted industries including development, finance and hospitality.

Vast experience in working with International development agencies like UNDP and USAID, with multi-dimensional understanding in the dynamics of sustainable development projects and programs. Faruk Mutachilu

Business Development Coordinator

Business Development Coordinator reporting to the Vice President Operations of DRNGhana. Faruk works to enrich the lives of millions in deprived and disaster striken communities by designing and develop related business concepts to attract donors, funders and partners to endorse and provide resources for the overall disaster challenge identified.

With a laser focus on the connection between our external bilateral corporate relationships and the people and processes that serve them..Faruk and his divisional team create experiences that educate and inspire.

In his role leading the people team, Faruk works to help DRNGhana connect, develop and care for its targeted audience, community imperative and to help those employees do the best work of their lives. A Government appointee holds a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management from Central University and LLB from GIMPA.

Richmond Hanson

Office Executive Manager

Joined DRNGhana from it's inception as a Community Disaster Volunteer Group in 2008. Richmond provides technical advice, policy support and capacity building on National Disaster Risk Reduction Programmes in part of Greater Accra, Western Region, And the Ashanti Region. He supports humanitarian diplomacy on climate policy, linking DRNGhana secretariat and Partners of Resilience.

Formerly in charge of disaster risk reduction and climate adaptation as a volunteer at Accra Red Cross crescent Society, working to engage local structures, national governments and regional bodies on climate risk management and policy dialogue.

Overall he has nearly a decade’s experience in hazards mapping. Richmond also holds a Diploma in Fire Engineering & Industrial Safety Management. He has 10+ years of experience in Fire Life safety.

Clankson Kwabena Yeboah

Programs Coordinator

Clankson joined DRNGhana from genesis, works in his best of ability with enhanced expertise, numerous sustainable development training horizons.. His first experience with DRNGhana was as a researcher in 2019 running a disaster risk reduction workshop.

He now heads the programmes division, coordinating to find new ways to reach more of Ghana"s most vulnerable people and disaster hit communities. Mr. Clankson has also participated in the value-added training program including search and rescue’ at the national academy of fire and safety engineering. He is appreciated by various national projects and organizations for disaster management training. Holds a bachelor’s degree in global resource systems from the University of Cape Coast.
