Community Storage Warehousing Policy

The Community Warehousing Policy depends on people from the local community to volunteer, provide donations, including household furniture, household goods and funds. Free furniture here is beds, chairs, tables, sofas etc is then provided to families and individuals who are financially unable to afford their own new or used furniture. Our volunteers help us collect and distribute these furniture and household goods. We also work with local social service agencies Including the Social Welfare department to identify people in need and distribute the furniture, goods etc to them. Our goal is that every family and individual suffering from disaster events and poverty or other hardships can live in a furnished home.

If you would like to donate furniture or general goods or make a financial contribution to the Community Warehousing Project we are grateful in advance.

DRNGhana Community Storage Warehouse Project of Ga-South Municipal Assembly is a humanitarian relief support service that collects and redistributes donated furnitures and other household items to individuals and families in need within the Municipality and surrounding Districts in the Greater Accra region. It is generally a one-time, free service to pre-screened recipients, supported through the generosity of those within our community.
